Lake Powell Medical Center is now accepting patients who had been receiving primary care services from Encompass, a behavioral health care facility that recently announced it would no longer be providing primary care medical services. Encompass is planning to resume their original goal of providing behavioral health services to Page and the surrounding communities.

Lake Powell Medical Center is located at 467 Vista Avenue in Page, Arizona.  In addition to Primary Care, Lake Powell Medical Center offers Women’s Health, Family Planning, Behavioral and Dental Services.

Canyonlands Healthcare began in 1973 with the founding of Lake Powell Medical Center. Since that time, Canyonlands has expanded to locations in Northern and Southeastern Arizona. Lake Powell Medical is your health care home, providing comprehensive health services. We offer special programs designed to improve access to care for those who face financial barriers and need assistance. Our trained financial representatives can assist you with your enrollment at the health insurance marketplace at healthcare.gov or setting up a sliding scale fee basis for health services.

Our financial counselors can can also help people with limited income to enroll in AHCCCS over the internet. This provides faster processing and shorter wait times. There is no separate interview with an AHCCCS or DES caseworker needed.
