REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT

We are a local healthcare center for the greater Globe, Arizona area.   We offer affordable health care on a sliding fee scale basis and financial assistance  with state and federal programs. Services are provided to all persons without regard to age, sex, race, religion, ethnic origin, or any other factor.

Canyonlands Healthcare is a federally qualified community health center. Health centers play a crucial role during tough economic times, providing affordable health services for uninsured and newly jobless Americans.

We are providing telehealth (phone and video) visits and social distancing for in-patient visits. Telehealth (also called telemedicine or telemed) is a great way to check in with your Primary Care provider without having to go into the clinic. Your provider can assess your current health and review your health history.  Lab tests can be ordered and prescription refills can be updated.

Please call 928.402.0491 to make an appointment.

Hepatitis Screening

The CDC now recommends one-time hepatitis C testing of all adults (18 years and older) and all pregnant women during every pregnancy. CDC continues to recommend that people with risk factors, including people who inject drugs, be tested regularly.

Our quick and easy HCV rapid test will screen for a positive or negative antibody within 30 minutes. If the antibody is positive then we will get the patient scheduled with our Hep C provider, Heather Crane who will order the appropriate lab work to determine if a patient needs treatment.

For more info, read Hepatitis C:  Who Should Get Screened?
