Canyonlands Urgent Care does not schedule appointments. Patients are seen in the order they arrive and check in, unless the urgency of the medical condition dictates otherwise. It may not be feasible to address all medical concerns in one visit and appropriate follow up visits may be required.
COVID-19 Testing
Urgent Care offers COVID-19 testing. Please call 928.645.1700 in advance to receive instructions for COVID-19 Testing.
Hospitalization
If a patient is in need of hospital admission, they will be referred to the Emergency Room and Banner – Page Hospital to be treated and admitted. CHC staff will follow up with the hospital to ensure the patient is followed and appropriate follow up services are received in the continuum of care.
